I got a noname heatsink and my CPU's temp is -30 celsius wtf?

I just have to say, you aren't gonna be getting much of an overclock with that little tiny heatsink. Overclocking takes BIG heatsinks.

Pff, I don't need a heatsink. I just press my hand up against the IHS and transfer the CPU heat away to my body.
