Portland, OR 97208-3770.

Anyone else get one of these? I have not read through it, I will post back when I have more details.

Covers anyone who obtained (either purchased or obtained through retailer) any Microsoft OS from 12-10-96 through 12-31-02

this Settlement is approved, Class Members will be eligible to receive up to a total maximum amount of approximately $32 million in vouchers. By mailing a Claim Form by June 4, 2004 (or a later date, if extended by the Court), a Class Member will be eligible to receive a voucher or vouchers in the amounts indicated below, which can later be redeemed for cash if the Class Member purchases Qualifying Hardware or Qualifying Software after October 3, 2003. If the total amount of your voucher(s) is less than $950, you may also redeem your voucher(s) for the purchase of printers, monitors, scanners, keyboards, mice and other pointing devices. If the total amount of your voucher(s) is $950 or more, you may redeem your voucher(s) for the purchase of printers, monitors, scanners, keyboards, mice and other pointing devices only if those items come bundled with the computer. If the Settlement is approved, the following vouchers will be available for each license that a Class Member acquired in the United States between December 10, 1996 and December 31, 2002 for use in Kansas:

A voucher for $10.00 for each license of Windows 95, Windows 98 or Windows Millennium Edition (specified in Appendix A1).
A voucher for $5.00 for each license of Office, Word, Excel, MS-DOS, Windows versions 1.0 to 3.2, Windows for Workgroups, Windows NT Workstation, and Windows 2000 Professional (specified in Appendices A2 and A3).
The parties realize that not everyone entitled to Settlement Benefits will request a voucher. Accordingly, Microsoft will provide half the value of the unclaimed Settlement Benefits to help Kansas' public, tribal and Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) schools - those with at least 50% of their students qualifying for the federal free and reduced-price school lunch programs. Kansas' public, tribal and BIA schools will receive vouchers to use on a wide variety of computer hardware, software and professional development services.
