FINALLY!!!!
I got a job as a loan officer :)
I know it's hard to get a job in today's economy but it was even harder for me because i'm not a permanent resident or a citizen.
Now.... I'm just happy, happy, happy!!!
And oh, for you guys who have mortgage questions, feel free to pm me. I'll try to answer your questions. And for those of you who's shopping around for a mortgage (TX, IL, CO, MN, NM, FL), feel free to e-mail me. I might be able to help you out.

Wish me luck on my new job guys....

are you an illigal alien?

anyway as long as you have a valid ss and you don't apply for a goverment job you shouldn't have any problem in finding a job.

you can get a work permit even without a green card or citizenship .To be sponsored you have to be outside US (most of the cases).

No, I'm not an illegal alien :)
I'm an international student who has an authorization to work legally in the US for one year. After the term expires, however, I need the comapny to sponsor me for a work visa and this is why most companies prefer to hire resident aliens or citizens.
I graduated with dual degrees in Finance and Marketing so I feel lucky for getting this job :)
