i defiinitely missed the report. never even heard of it. it probably does happen, i'm not denying that, but for the life of me, i've never seen it in my area.

Abercrombie is still requiring employees to buy their clothes to wear at work? Huh, would've thought they'd learned from this lawsuit.

That's interesting because every person I know that work(ed) at any fashion store like the Gap, American Eagle, etc were required to wear the clothes. I wonder why this is clearly illegal yet still occuring without consequence?

I've had many iranian friends growing up and some of them looked white except they were hairy like an animal. 😛

A&F sucks. my g/f worked there for a couple of months and quit, she hated it. they made her buy tons of clothing to "showcase." then she had to stand around all day folding clothes. woohoo, sounds like a great job.

Congrats on the job man! Retail's cool for college students since it's meaningless. Plus...damn....the girls....hell yeah!

We recently had an A&F open up in Anchorage. Nice looking pants (I dig the beat up look) but damn, do they have to advertise A&F in bright bold letter on every shirt they sell? Every t-shirt..... I will never advertise a brand on me.....LAME!

I think that's still considered Caucasian. Iran is next to the Caucases in the North, so you are probably more "Caucasian" than most people here. 😉
