While you never expressly said XBOX, I just assumed that given both the PS2 and XBox being priced at $300, both were being talked about.
Now, I think we have many of the same views. You made fine points, and I'll acknowledge that. But, you can't tell me that the ethernet port and harddrive shouldn't be considered. First, online gaming with no additional costs for hardware. Also, the harddrive is offered as a replacement to memory cards (which I tend to loose) and also to hold mp3 and data cache. Those are both things that improve games.
Still, no one has played the final XBOX releases, so no one knows whether Nintendo or XBOX has the best game play or controls. No one knows which games are going to be better.
