I tell you, that must be a miserable business to keep going during the summer. The sun is shining, all you need to do is go out for a walk.

Why people still nuke themselves is beyond me. I don't even understand why people lay out in the sun by the pool anymore. The sun is so bright these days I burn within a few minutes if I don't have sunblock on.

Well when your skin is a nice translucent white, of course a few minuted in the sun will cause you to bake.

Miserable? People want to spend 15 minutes to get a nice even tan, not hours in the sun baking. I'm sure that industry is cyclical to a degree but I'd hardly imagine business is miserable.

Have you been to a tanning salon? They have more business than grocery stores and gas stations!

Strongest season for tanning is late February-June
Lowest is November-Feb
June-November is pretty consistent
