Here's what happened.
My Intellimouse w/ Intellieye (the original optical) broke down.. I called them, they were happy to replace it only they sent the wrong mouse...
They sent an Intellimouse 3 (regular one...NOT opitcal) so i called them back and they said they were sorry and they were going to send an Intellimouse Optical as a replacement.... well, the mail comes AGAIN and guess what? Another Intellimouse 3!!
So I call them AGAIN, this time a little annoyed...but again they told me don't worry about sending the Intellimouse 3 back, but we will send you an Intellimouse Optical this time.
Hmm, i wonder how long this will go on for??
BTW, each one arrived in 3 days! talk about prompt shipping!
