I have a 40d(which might be a better camera actually) but I was in a pawn shop looking for a push mower. I see one for 70 and when I was about to check out I see a T3i in a case by the register. I asked best price for the camera and mower and the guy said 400...SOLD!

I got a nice push mower 22" that runs great and a T3i, 18-55 IS II, camera bag and 16 gig memory card for 400, heck of a deal. Considering I was about to pay 70 for the mower it is like I got the T3i package for 330! It looks brand new and while the 40d looks to be built better and might be a better camera, I sold it since this is much newer and has video. I am very amateurish so this will be just fine for my use.

Pretty sweet deal there. Hopefully it was some kid who bought it and didn't use it, and just pawned it for beer money.

Sad part Is that they probably have $200 into all of those items. I'd like to be the one to get it at the $200 instead of $400.

Pawn shops are completely random, hit-or-miss deals. You can spend an entire day driving around your city wasting gas and coming home empty handed. Pawn shops in my area don't have any inventory listed online.

I like Craigslist because I can search from the comfort of my own home, and the deals are just as good.

Very rare to find digicams like that in a pawn shop so cheap...most know about ebay and even use CL today.
