Those seem to all be Trip-Hop and Downtempo. Technically they are separate things but generally clustered into the same group.

Do a search for "chillout" "trip-hop" or "downtempo."

Those are the three main things those are called.

I have heard them placed under "trip hop" before.... a "new" genre so to speak, but this is not an option in Shoutcast :(

Actually 96 wouldn't be as bad for trip hop since so much of it is low frequency which compresses pretty well.

Air - hyperstomp
Si Se - blend of shoegazer pop and reboulet
Conjure One - don't know them
Zero 7 - bounce/downbuzz
Portishead - ambient with breakbeat
Massive Attack - itchy beat

Well, Massive Attack pretty much invented trip-hop. Portishead would definitely be in that category too. I saw an interview with the guys from Air one time and the interviewer asked them what genre they would place themselves in. They said that they played "meticulously arranged elevator music."

I tend to refer to the genre as "downbeat electronica". Good stuff! Check out Thievery Corporation, Kruder and Dorfmeister, Cinematic Orchestra, and Royksopp while you're at it.
