If all else fails, just use CoolEdit Pro or some other audio editing program to merge the files into one large file. Don't forget to add in the 2-second pause between the tracks, or maybe do a cool transition effect...

I have the same problem I have alot of mixed cd and I want to rip them but I don't want the 2 sec gap EAC locked my PC win I was using 2k I'll have to try it under Xp.

What I've seen is that if you put all the tracks in a .zip file, and rename it to .mp3, WinAMP will play it all as one long track. That way you can split the tracks easily if you wanted to in the future.
