I get to ask the CIO of the company I work for 2-3 questions. Any suggestions?

hmm?

both bullshit and thoughtful replies will be read, but only thoughtful replies will be considered :)

some "suggestions":

"These can be questions about MIS, projects, his vision for MIS, learning & development for MIS, or just anything you are just curious about."

This is a major entertainment company.

Ask him how you can help him achieve any specific goals or needs? Questions are powerful. Use it make him see you in a new light. If your the dependable diligent worker throw something interesting or innovative at him. If your the dreamer throw something at him about workflow optimization.

Tie in humor in the last question if everything goes well. Dont end on a bad joke though.

What is your plan for making us more efficient and what tools are being considered? Can the rank and file make suggestions directly or must all communication be passed through the chain of command?

What is your name?
What is your quest?
What is your favorite color?

There we go. Five questions.

There we go. Five questions.

Three shall be the number of questions thou shalt ask, and the number of questions shall be three. Four shalt thou not ask, neither ask thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to ask a third. Five is right out.

What are some of your weaknesses?

Can you tell me a time where you faced adversity and thrived?

Just thought of another good one to ask:

How do I bypass the company technical controls to prevent employees from excessively surfing the Internet without detection?
