This is more of an OS issue.

Run msconfig and disable the startup group. If the error goes away, then narrow the TSR field down.
 
Bozo: Hehehe, though I agree with you, it probably won't fix this particular problem. 😉

More info is needed: Which OS? Overclocking? Using Norton? Hardware config?
