tring to overclock P3 700E c0b beyand pc133
I have CUSL2
If i Set the ratio to
133:100:33, I can increase core fsb to 140, while keeping ram speed below 133.
Although I have pc133 ram.
Anyway, I tried it with all copper headghog
at 933mhz, temp seems to be ok around 38c. but once I go like 134 fsb,
I get nothing. Computer wont even boot.
CPU is just not gonna go over 133fsb? or some other problem?
thanks.

Most likely either you've reached the limits of that CPU, or you can start trying to increase the voltage.

Increase the Vcore voltage, and you may want to set SDRAM Data Driving Mode in the BIOS to Strong to help push the RAM to higher speeds.
