I get no image with my Hauppauge PVR-150

I just installed the PVR-150, installed the latest drivers and the latest version of WinTV.

When I open WinTV, the software wanted to scan for channels, but I get no image at all, just a black screen (no audio either).

Is there anything else I need to do?

Edit, nevermind... I have no idea why, but it just stared working...
