well i cant connect my power pins to the M/B, its 3 pins on my case and this board only has 2, i think there is a way to get around that,..........anyway, for the sound, it get pretty quite, its ok when im playing cs but when im at a lan party, well i think you can imagine it, there are stuff on the mainboard that has stuff to do with the onboardy, its those pin connectors, im using a headphone, i dont think its amplified, but it works very loud on my dads pc with the fm801 sound card.

i got the latest drivers and the bios from ecs.com.tw.

You need to use powered speakers. Then the sound will work fine. The plug you are referring to is the Power LED. Your case plug has a female 3 pin plug and the board has only two pins. You can either move the wires by using a straight pin to lift the tabs and loosen the wire, then move it to the appropreate slot, or you can simply cut the plug directly in half and place the newly created single plugs on the correct pins.
