I get an illegal operation error

Does anyone know of a Devldr16 illegal operation error? I hit close and it won't go away and sometimes it will crash me out of games. Any ideas?

Search for devldr16.exe in c:\windows\system then delete it Do not restart your system. Re-install the SBlive drivers. Restart after the installation is finished. Everything should now be working correctly.

I can't delete. I get the "file is being used by Windows" error.
