I get 35-45 FPS on UT3. Is that decent?

I'm on a Dell laptop with an Intel i5 1.6, Intel 4400 graphics, and 8gb ram. My max resolution is 1360x768 w/ most video settings maxed. I've gained a few frames by moving the game detail down a notch from 5 to 4. I've read that this lowers anisotropic. The game moves too fast anyway, so I don't have time to sit and appreciate the graphics. Also, I didn't take much of a visual hit anyway.

I was really happy and surprised to see UT3 run so well. Yes, the game is 7 years old. But, it's still a very pretty game.
 
It's decent. Is it your gaming laptop, work laptop, or general usage laptop? Any possibility of building a desktop PC?
