1) Pour bleach in container
2) Close lid
3) Shake tupperware
4) Seal container in freezer bag
5) Put freezer bag in plastic shopping bag
6) Throw entire item into trash can

Actually, I did that recently. It really wasn't that bad. But thank goodness the worst food can get from a freezer is freezer burn.
