We just picked up a vending machine from the university surplus lot for $125. It weighs a ton, and doesn't look quite as fancy as this but it has the same cool factor.Originally posted by: flot

Check your local classified ads. They're out there - I've even seen some of the "special" machines (IE the ones with theme based front panels) listed for sale for a few hundred bucks.
You'd have to have a pretty big room/house to pull it off, but you can definitely find them.
