In 1992 and 1996 the Chinese women burst upon the world's swimming stage setting 5 or 6 world records. Just as quickly they have disappeared from the world's swimming stage since their swimmers and coaches were caught with HGH at the airport at last year's World Championships. And that cartoon isn't much of an exaggeration of what they looked like.
