I ordered a D-Link wireless PC card at Buy.com yesterday for $20 AR, but then found the same card at Amazon for $5 cheaper (after coupon). So I went to my Buy.com account and canceled the order and ordered with Amazon. Today I get an e-mail from Buy.com with a shipping confirmation and tracking #. Buy.com has never shipped this fast for me since, well, the last time I canceled an order. The problem is that Amazon won't let me cancel my order either, and the rebate is valid for one name/address only :( So just a suggestion, try canceling your order next time you buy from Buy.com :)

If you have not received the product, you can always refuse to take delivery. If you won't be there when the delivery person arrives, leave a very visible note informing the delivery person you refuse delivery from the company.

When i worked at CDW our policy was to always credit back to the customer a refused shipment. Until you receive shipment of the agreed to product, a sale has not yet been legally made.

Funny thing this exact same thing happened to me about a year ago when i got my router (wired).
I had ordered from buy.com in the morning, then in the afternoon I saw it on amazon cheaper i then proceded to cancel my buy.com order from 4 hours ago. The buy.com router was on the porch the next day, approx 30 hours after placing the order, 26 after trying to cancell it. The Amzon order cam too, cause i had no clue the buy.com cancellation didnt work until it was at the door. I ended sending back the amazon router, as i have had problems returning things to buy.com before; it took them about 6 months to credit my acount! Amazon usually credits the accoutn after a month.
