Yeah, some companies still make them, they're just hard to come by. There's some website out there that specializes in carrying those click-keyboards, from waaay back when, to new.
The one I use was standard where I used to work, which is where I found out about it:

not as loud as the Model M, but definitely not a 'quiet key' one either.
