All,
I think I found a fix for GTX590, critique the idea:
STEP 1: Tear off the GF110 cores
STEP 2: Install 2x Cayman cores.

This should pretty much fix the power issues...

What do yallz think?

P.S. I realize I will get flamed, but its just too good of an idea not to ask...

Closing intentional (admitted in OP) flame-bait thread.

Inflammatory posts and threads are not productive. They are not acceptable, they are a form of trolling.
Please familiarize yourself with the AnandTech Forum Guidelines:
1) No trolling, flaming or personally attacking members. Deftly attacking ideas and backing up arguments with facts is acceptable and encouraged. Attacking other members personally and purposefully causing trouble with no motive other than to upset the crowd is not allowed.

A thread you even started...

That thread died before its time, I figured its time for a resurrection...

Thread lock in 3, 2 .....

Please do not contribute to and perpetuate a flamebait thread. If you guys ignored this crap then it would fall off the front-page and not become a festering boil.

Report the post, that's all we ask, then move on. Thanks in advance.

There may be a problem with the 590, but there's no reason to beat everyone over the head with it or flaunt it ad nauseum.

Already threads on this topic, etc...this is pure trolling/flamebait. C'mon guys, is this really how we roll in the AT forums? :(

On 2nd thought, I agree that this thread was kind of trollish of me. Just the ideas of Kayman on 590 sounded so good...
Here is the picture of what TRI-SLI with 580s is, and what it became with 590 quad sli instead:
