I *think* for stuff like this, it's ok. As long as it's now "Hey, where I can download the Star Wars DVD using Bittorrent" 😛

And no, I won't be able to listen to it via radio or watch it online via the web from work.

I will capture the video file if anyone wants it. I'll have to have a host unless you want to wait on a 256 kilobit connection uploading it to you.

Yeah, I mean, that's a good backup. I will definitely check BT as soon as I get home, but if you *want* to capture it in case, then that would be great!

I wish I had my system set up to accept remote connections over the web. I really need to get around to setting that up. Would be SOOO convenient.

I'd like this too, if you won't mind sending it. I could even host it on my own server, but my 5GB of monthly bandwidth would be raped in no time.....then again, it is the last day of the month....

By the way, there will be 2 'versions' of the coverage:

* The multiple-angle media pool that will be used by just about everyone
* C-SPAN, which will show both canidates simultaneously on a split screen

I'll be recording (and watching) C-SPAN. I don't know if Fox (chosen to produce the media pool for this debate) has set up HDTV cameras, but if they did I'd assume that they're the best bet for widescreen video.
