I forgot the pin to my ATM card, what can I do?

Can I get the pin by today if I go to the bank and ask them to reset it? Or do they take like a week and send me a new card? What should I do? They sent it to me on a piece of paper in the mail, and I can't find it on my desk where I last had it.

Also if I have like 20.56 in there, can I take out the 20.00. I barely use this account and I had to cash a MO last week there and the guy was like deposit some money or they're gonna close the account. But before that I've had .22 cents in there for like almost a year now. So I don't know why they would close it. But I want to be able to take out that 20.00.

You can only take out multiples of 20.00 at most ATM's here.

If you simply forgot your PIN and did not lose your ATM card then go to your branch with your ATM card and driver's license. This is assuming your branch has the magnetic card swiping thingie ma-jigger. To ensure your branch has this gizmo go to a main or retail branch, do not go to an &quot;in store&quot; branch inside of a grocery store. They'll ask for ID to verify you are who you are, swipe your current ATM card, you will punch in a new PIN, re-key it to verify then viola you're done!

Some banks let you program it at a branch. Some do not. Depends on the bank and the technology they use.
