Not really harsh, I just hate people with a piss-poor work ethic who usually wind up in jobs run by family and pretty much skate by and get paid the same amount as someone else who works there and works twice as hard.

How do you get paid less? You cannot get less than miminum wage if you have a W-2 form unless they report your hours as a contractor which means you get fvcked on taxes. If they pay others more that's a different story but somehow I doubt your statement. And if they don't file you for taxes that's gonna be a fun one to explain.
