i somehow forgot my BIOS password, and me having a DFI Board, do i really have to clear the CMOS to reset it? 🙁 it;s going to be a pain, so i was just wondering if there was any other way. Thank in advance 🙂

Yes you have to reset the CMOS if you forget password. Or you could sit there for days mashing keys and hope you guess right 😀.

If you have kids in the house and you don't want them trying overclocking or other experiments while you are not around. Sure they could reset the CMOS and do it anyway, but it would be hard to do that without you knowing it.

if you have kids that would pull some shady stuff like that... you have bigger issues and should probably spend less time on the computer anyway.

no kidding right 😛 couldn't help myself on that one... of all the good reasons to beat a child... screwing around with my computer is top of the list.

Kids no enough to be dangerous. They could go in there just thinking they could use it to get around the router, or get to porn etc.

Shady? Cmon you never did anything bad when you were a kid? Went to a party when your parents thought you were at a friends house, never tested a drug or two, had a drink under 21yrs of age etc etc...?

If your answer is NO, I guess we just found the 2nd coming of christ...LOL. You're perfect man... 🙂
