it's an island ruled by some very rich dude ... i dont thinkn the citizens pay taxes and they get free health benefits or something.

I would have said Borneo based on your description. There's a lot of rare wildlife too.


*edit* I always thought Borneo had only one country on it, but I guess there's four. Anyway, Borneo is the name of the island that Brunei is on.
 
Brunei's king (Sultan as he is known) once was the richest man in the world before someone from Redmond, Wa. overtook him🙂

Was just about to post this. He's now down to about $11 billion. (tear tear) He's down on the list cause the Walton's (Wal-Mart) have just been making rediculous amounts of money.
