I fixed my slouching problem!

Ika

Lifer
So i've been walking around today and noticing my movement felt a lot smoother. I passed a picture frame with reflective glass and i noticed my back is straight. my mom has been bugging me about my slouching for quite a few years and i'm actually really happy now that i dont slouch.

i guess sitting at a computer all day really can HELP your posture.

Not when you slide halfway down in the chair like I do...

yeah i guess. but i lower my chair to the point where if i slouch, i'm looking at the monitor from a 45degree angle and my arms are raised so that it's nearly impossible to type. not to mention my arms are being pulled nearly out of my shoulder sockets.

yea.. I always make an effort to keep my back and shoulder straight
my mom still always tell me to straighten my back
I want good posture 🙁

If you have a strong lower back, good posture will usually come with it.

my back is absolutely completely weak. a few years ago, when people first tried to get me to fix my slouching problem, I would try for a few minutes, then i would get tired and slouch again. i'm also a very sucky butterfly swimmer.
