He really sucks... He's on Iron Chef right now and he's just making steak sandwiches.

That's pretty ridiculous... One of his dishes even has FRENCH FRIES!!!
 
The guy can be an ass at times but he's actually quite well versed and his ideas can be very impressive. He doesn't get too fancy, but he's creative enough to make the presentation look good without you questioning exactly what he made.

What's the secret ingredient? The Kobe beef ep?
