I finally got Rage to work.

Before was freezing every 3 secs, tried everything, it would even freeze while in the menu.

All I did was turn of the Catalyst AI and it's smooth... still some texture issues though.

i have this problem as well. i don't feel like jumping through hoops and making sacrifices to get it working, so i'll just wait for another patch.
