I finally found out who's fault Katrina was...

I took a shop van to do a service call at a prison today.
It only had an AM radio. I was pretty upset until I heard Rush Limbaugh explain that it was Bill and Hillary's fault, I should have known all along.
It made the whole trip worthwhile.
He's so enlightening and fun.

Cliffs:
1.) Rush should TPAD. (He's got a head start, maybe he just needs some encouragement.)

It wasn't all that simple, really.
Seems Bill spent $500,000 on a Lake Ponchetrain bridge study and hookers instead of spending it on an emergency evacuation plan that FEMA was ordered to create during his administration.
