You probably don't remember but... i got the run around with this guy selling me my Geforce3 like 2 months ago. He still hasn't given me another card yet (I was exchanging it because of it being fried when i got it ...*cough*) I've been calling them for the past 2 months bugging them...etc.

Soooo.... I filed with the BBB online. Has anyone else done this? Do they contact you or anything? What happens?
In the long run i'm probably taking the company to court to get my $157 back and some gas money. ...heh

They will contact the guy directly and then send you a letter asking if the guy has contacted you.

Actually it shouldnt take too long. They contact the guy and give him 7-10 days to take care of the problem. Then they send you a letter asking if the problem has been solved. If not, they move on to their next step. You should here from them in a couple of days.

If you call them, they are really helpful.
 
Some guy in Miami ripped me off for something worth $6. I filled with BBB and I got a letter back 6 months later saying that they were unable to get him to cooperate. And that's basically the end of that.
