Do they charge any surcharge to dial-up in Puerto Rico?
I have started going there for work and the last time I was there I found that my ISP charges 3.00 an hour to dial-up, so I am looking for alternatives that will not charge me a surcharge.

 
Thats good to know, at least I have that option. Do any of you know of any other ISPs that do not charge a surcharge for PR?
 
maybe there is a local ISP that is cheap enough to justify having a seperate account here/there
