I feel really sad that I never post here anymore, but that's necessarily a bad thing

Having a wife and finally being serious about school and life will do that to you. I'm sure no-one here remembers me anymore -- or gives a fuck -- but my life has really changed in the past few years. I'm extremely happy with my life, and I'm doing well with my career. I've almost completed my degree in Spanish (Buenos Aires in a few months, and then just two semesters more!!!), and then I'm off to Law School.

Who else has had their life completely changed by marriage -- or finally realizing that fucking around left you behind your peers?

So many people have negative things to say about marriage, and I can admit that marriage has its downsides (and it is a lot of work), but the upside is tremendous. I've never felt the need to stray, and I really feel as if my wife is the perfect complement to me.

Men, I urge you to find someone someday. In the end, it is worth it much more than pussy chasing or realizing you are 35 and cannot marry someone your age.

Remember you as well. I'll remarry again if I can ever find a sane rational woman

So probably not

What law school?

My hope is Alabama.

Here's something I learned when I was applying for law schools:

Fill out tons of applications, but don't mail in the fees. You might be accepted anyway.

After I was accepted to my first decently ranked law school, I didn't send any more application fee checks to lower schools. Despite the unpaid applications, however, I was accepted to ~80% of those schools with scholarship. Neat trick when you then take that offered money to the school you want to attend and tell them to give you more money.

Glad to hear it

I to know the feeling of screwing around and being left behind while your friends and classmates move on. I am learning that lesson now and trying to fix it.

Hope things continue down this path for you.

Gday mate

I completed law school a year & half ago now, I have worked full time since then, I live with my partner of six & a half years, and I still find time to frequent the place, enter the monthly photo competition, and annoy some Yanks ;)

Man up, b1tch ;)

Aye, buddy. I certainly remember you. Although my join date is significantly later than your's, I lurked for a couple years(hell, I still lurk), and remember your posts. It's good to hear that you're doing quite well.

I remember you, but only vaguely. I'm quite sure the remembrance is not mutual.
