K, I need to do a bit of work right now but my problem is 1. I'm sore all over my body (I'm getting back into the swing of working out) 2. I've been getting easily dehydrated and I'm not sure if it's simply because of summer or not. 3. I feel exhausted all the time and I'm wondering how I can get my self to feel better so I can work. Any ideas? I just feel really horrible and I've been sleeping a little more than usual.
