I feel like im on crack today

I cant speak on the phone.
My hands are shaking for some reason.
Im watching Punch Drunk Love... i dont think its helping...

Im gonna attribute this to the fact that i have Tonsilitis and a Cold.. And didnt sleep well at all last night...
