Ok I have no idea what is going on here. About a week and a half ago, Internet Explorer stopped working properly. When I try open a link that opens a new window or select open in new window the page does not load, the window opens but the page won't load. I can push stop and the reload, and then it comes up, but on some links, just a frame windows oppes, no buttons so i cant get it to load. I was fiddling abound with the servises.msc settings using a guide I got from Black Viper, I was led to it by someone here. I also ran the microsoft baseline security analyser. It was after that this problam startted. I went through every setting change I made in services.mcs and found nothing that should lead to this. Any help? The only idea I hae is to reinstall windows, something I really dont feel like doing
