I am of the opinion everyone should be forced to retake the road test every ten years.
And the written test every year, before you get tags.
And it needs to be tougher. Like REALLY tough. Make people study and sweat over it a little bit.

I agree, but it will never happen. Too much revenue loss when a majority of drivers fail.
