So i recently started visiting reddit. I usually hang out on /r/India where i discuss politics with fellow countrymen, but i recently discovered the "porn" subreddits such as /r/gonewild, /r/realgirls, /r/legalteens and the variety of subreddits dedicated to different body parts.

What surprised me that in a lot of these pictures, women had their faces clearly visible. And no i am not talking about pornstars, i am talking about regular women that post pictures of their butts, titties and various other parts with their face clearly showing! I don't know how these women live with themselves after spreading their naked pics all over the internet. Any normal person would probably kill themselves!

Another thing i have noticed that most of these women are white, maybe american. So is this an american thing? Is it considered okay in america to post naked selfies of yourself on the internet?

Sorry, haven't read most of the thread, but OP is pretty much a jerk. Your morality isn't necessarily that of others, and to assume you are right and they are wrong is just arrogant. People who post nude photos of themselves aren't hurting others, so why the urge to judge and condemn?

I don't see porn as personally empowering for anyone doing it, in spite of what is often said to the contrary about it. The only people who are really empowered by it at all, and monetarily, are really the producers of it, not the actors in it. Because once you put it out there on the internet, there is probably no take backs or do overs, for anyone.
