Yes, there are lots of things spidey doesn't understand. Unfortunately first and foremost among them appears to be how to refill his lithium prescription.

Yes. Please point out anything that is inaccurate in the video regarding Obama's view of business. He just doesn't understand.

I especially liked that the businessman had an American Flag lapel pin and Obama had his symbol.

It is inaccurate to say that companies aren't creating jobs in the US because of taxes. They aren't creating jobs here because labor costs are exponentially cheaper overseas.

I want it to be clear spidey that people make fun of you because you are mentally unstable.

This isn't a joke, you seriously post like someone who has a significant psychological disorder.

ODS. It will only be cured on the first Tuesday in November 2012 when we get rid of this cancer on our country.

The video is spot on accurate of Obama's views and you know it.

C'mon guys, that video is funny because it would reflect an honest discussion between Obama and a small businessman. The only error in it is that the European unemployment percentage is roughly equivalent to that of the U.S.

This just in, someone making 200k a year is not only making 30 dollars an hour.

"He" claims to work 80 hour weeks which would work out to ~$48/hr so after tax would be ~$30/hr. But you have to account for the American Work Factor (similar to the rule of 3). When an American tells you how many hours per week they work you must multiply by 0.00625 to find out how many hours of actual work is done.

When people normally quote what they are making an hour they don't quote it post taxes. Not only that but he are also gaining in worth of business too that he owns and not his employees. Why isn't that included.

This struck me as well, but I think the trick is he said he works 80 hours a week so I think his math goes something like 1200 a week for the first 40 hours + 1800 for overtime = $3000 * 52 = $156,000 and he said it was after taxes.

And one could argue that if taxes were lifted they'd have more money to off-set the wage difference. Not that we could ever be truly competitive on that basis given our standards of living, but it could help. *shrug*

I'd have to watch again to be sure but I think he said he 'makes ~$30/hr after taxes so he is not rich.' Paraphrasing but I am pretty sure he said after tax.

Come on man, you are killing me. It wouldn't help in the slightest measurable quantifiable amount.

Let's pretend the reduced taxes made a $10/hr call center worker only $8/hr. You can hire the same call center worker overseas for less than a dollar a day. Don't even get me started on the $40/hr union manufacturing job.

Not arguing for it in earnest, just saying a slight, even negligible upside seems better than the alternative.
