What's ew about thighs? I am confused. Often xkcd has CS references I just don't get but I don't think this is one.

Does anyone have any insight?

Aha, that might be it! I was hoping the alt text would help (like normal) but it didn't.

Uhh, the first two frames were just a replacement of "thigh" with "eye", and the third was just a poop joke, still fitting into the first two's format. I hope you feel silly for overanalyzing a poop joke, but xkcd has a way of making you forget...

I do feel silly, I didn't get the poop joke though. I am not sure why anyone would ever get poop on their thighs. Maybe this one was just a little too high-brow for me (I take the engineering/math ones anyday).

Yeah, certainly not the best, and this is one of my favorite webcomics. Also, think of the second panel, "When the moon hits your thigh" is synonymous with a mooning (exposing your ass) expelling feces onto your leg (thigh).

Like you said, nowhere near some of the other stuff he has come up with, and the alt text does nothing for it, but like most web comics, it is hit or miss.

Oh it's hit like 95% of the time, I love xkcd and check it religiously at 11 (since I am in central time zone) on sundays, tuesdays, and thursdays. I just didn't really get this one. Thanks to this I am now going back through xkcd (for like the 5th time).
