I don't understand the whole 'watching movies over and over again' thing.

OK, something like Airplane where you see something new for the first two or three times you watch, but after that? Five, eight, ten times? Kind of like bashing your finger with a hammer. Gets old quick.

The Pest needs to be watched a minimum of 40 times and you'll probably still pick up on a new joke during the 40th rewatch.

Another "I don't understand how people like things I don't" thread by the same person.
I don't understand why this poster finds these ponderings worth posting about.
It's pretty adolescent and frankly, stupid.
I know ATOT is a lot of pointless shit anyway, but really? Will you just keep doing this endlessly? For increasingly dumb shit?

You really need to watch Groundhog Day a few times to really get the experience of Deja Vu the director was going for.

What about books? Any value in re-reading a book?
And music? Any value in listening to an album a second time?
I mean, you've already heard all those notes, and read all those words in that order.

You do know you can go to the cinema or rent a movie?
One I have seen once and the other has been rewatched three times :)

Music is different, than books and movies.

What if I watch a DVD of Rush performing Tom Sawyer live, does that count as a movie or music? :p
