I was at the gym this morning and watched a girl go around to 5 different machines and do a single set of about 4 or 5 reps on each one before wiping it down and moving on. I think the machine portion of her workout was about 5 minutes long total
maybe she finished the bulk of her workout with a shakeweight.
did you make sure to stare at her the whole time?
Are you sure she wasn't circuit training? I guess 5 reps is really too low for that to be the case, though.
