I don't think it's too serious but ever time I restart my computer it says..........

Every time I restart my computer it comes up with the little error box wanting to send an error report. It just started 2 days ago.
It says
Run a DLL as an App
Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close.

What the heck does this mean and do? What do I need to do??

If you are running WinXP, I would go to start/run/msconfig/startup and review the list of processes that are being started on boot and see if there is anything there that is not kosher. Use Google to identify any processes that are not obvious.

Beyond that you can check regedit/HKEY_Local_Machine/software/microsoft/windows/currentversion/run & runonce to see what might be hiding in there. NOTE DO THIS ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING, OR DON'T MIND TURNING YOUR PC INTO A DOORSTOP, NEEDING A COMPLETE RELOAD OF WINDOWS.

It examines the registry and startup files for you. Then, you click one button, and it does a search and tells you what each item is.

Just got done. It was a problem with ati remote wonder and the registry. Wow. What a lot of work for poor scripts.
