I got a little carried away at the gym the other day with my friends. We were seeing who could do the most arm curls. My first friend did 50, the second did 60, and then I did 110. When I woke up this morning, my arms would not extends more than a 90 degree angle. After a hot shower, they opened some. My biceps are constantly in a very painful ache. It absolutely kills to extend my arms. I bought some gel stuff, "freezeit" or something, and put it on. After awhile, it started to tingle and burn, and it mildly took away some of the aching as long as I didn't move my arm, however, it only lasted for about 10 minutes. What can I do? How long do you think this will last? Also, I have already seen a doctor, and he recommended the paste. So I guess I am really just asking you guys for specific brand recommendations for people who have had this.
