I don't like my FK-603. What about............

I recently purchased a FK 603 case after reading all the positive reviews on it. After installing all my components (Antec 400W ps, AK31A, 1.4 T-Bird w/Millenium Glaciator, GF2 Ultra, 1-WD 7200 rpm 40 gig & a Maxtor 2 gig, a floppy & a 24x10x40) and adding a front fan & using rounded cables, I was disappointed to see the temperatures climb (Motherboard Monitor showed motherboard temp @ 40c & cpu temp @ 52c...no overclocking). I have an Enermax fan in the front (temperature controlled) and left the shroud fan as it came from the factory (per recommendations from the reviews). I also left the fan on the Millenium Glaciator as it came from the factory.
I replaced my 1040 with this case due to my needing a smaller case. I'm now looking into selling ths one & buying a different case as I can't see paying return shipping along with a 15% restocking fee.
I'm torn between a Lian Li PC52 and an Antec SX630.
Comments? Suggestions?

Am I right in remembering that the rear fan blows air into the case by default? If so, try turning it to blow out the back and see what happens. I'm thinking a coordinated front-to-back airflow is going to be better for case temperatures. Also, the Enermax thermally-controlled fan is nice and quiet, but it doesn't move a ton of air, so it will appreciate not having to work against the more-powerful rear fan. At any rate, this won't cost you anything to experiment with.

edit: if you're looking at the Antec SX630, I assume you're going to use your 400W PSU for it, so you could save some money by getting the SX600, which is the same case but no power supply included. As for the PC-52, the specs don't show it having any rear exhaust positions, which are helpful for keeping the air moving near the CPU. Would a PC-68 work for your size needs?

True...the Li-Li doesn't have a rear exhaust, but it does have the vent holes in the rear. It also has a blow-hole w/fan. How that would work w/the components I have, I don't know. I've heard that the aluminum cases run cooler, but I don't know.
The SX600 series seem good as well. It's a tough decision. $39 & shipping for the SX600 series or $89 for a refurbed Li-Li.

It appears that the Lian-Li PC52 is no longer available as a refurb from NewEgg. What they now have is the PC68 for $119, but for $3 more I can have the PC65 from MPC.
My question now is, since I was considering the SX6xx series, Directron now carries them in aluminum for $54. Even though the have a plastic front panel, I can't decide if I want to splurge with the extra $65 or use the savings towards a WD800JB. *sigh*

That's a bummer about the 603. I have the same case with an XP1700 with a V7 but just one HD. My temps run 39C to 46C max non OD'd. The case has a ducted rear fan that was fighting the air flow coming off the CPU. I removed the duct when I applied the ASII to the Volcano 7 and have no complaints. But if you are turned off by the case I can understand the reason for a change. The LianLi cases are great.
