I'm a heavy user of the Links toolbar in IE6. I use to be able to rearrange the order of the bookmarks via "drag-n-drop" but now whenever I reboot it returns to the same old order.
I just reinstalled XP and copied my favorites from cd to its correct location. However, I didn't copy and overwrite the "links" folder. I only copied it's contents, just to play it safe.
Anyone got a fix?
