You seem to think that Black History Month came about because people were doing something out of honor, nobility, respect, blah blah blah. If they WERE, then they wouldn't have pushed for any more recognition than anyone else. This Anybody-History Month thing is just feckin stupid and it really pisses me off.

Why dont we have "southern states remembrance month" since those states no longer are allowed slavery and that has caused an inconvinience to some of them. and they fought hard for their cause, however it was demolished...Their dream did not come true, unlike the blacks

I was making the point that a White History Month wouldn't ever happen because the extremists would pull the race card. I wasn't serious. That should have been obvious in my post, but I guess I wasn't clear enough. Oh well.
