I don't know which notebook ram to buy...

I have a Dell Inspiron 5160 that uses PC2700 333 SO-DIMM Ram and I need to upgrade to 2x512mb. I don't use this notebook for gaming but I need RAM that will be very fast and I have 3 choices to choose from... Kingston, Corsair, or Patriot Extreme Edition. I can choose any one of the three. I just need to know which one is the best quality and speed/performance wise. Thank You!

Kingston: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820141326

Patriot Extreme Edition: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820220123

I like crucial (crucial.com) since they guarantee it will work if you use their memory selector.

Of your choices, I'd get the Kingston but they're all roughly the same.

Doesn't the Patriot Extreme Edition have a timing of 2-2-2-5, which is the best right? So does that make Patriot better than the Corsair and Kingston?

Less reliable possibly, but not significantly faster.

I'll compare the speed, timings (latencies and delay), warranty and then the price. If everything is the same, go for the Crucial.
